GoYin Cures Rabies

GoYin Cures Rabies

John * was about to call it quits on traditional Asian medicine after numerous eastern elixirs failed to do anything for his dog, Snapwaddle’s recurring bouts with rabies. The Utah resident claims that the majority of the formulas on the market “simply don’t work for curing rabies”. It wasn’t until his close friend, Leroy, invited him to an informative presentation on the medicinal properties of GoYin™ that John once again ventured into the realm of Traditional Asian Medicine, hoping that maybe this time his hopes wouldn’t be utterly crushed like so many of his childhood dreams.

“I knew I had a winner once I saw the attractive packaging” recalls John, “there weren’t any hokey Japanese symbols or anything like that.”

John explains that shortly after getting Snapwaddle his rabies shot, the owner poured half a bottle of GoYin™ into the dog’s water bowl, which the German shepherd eagerly drank up within minutes. John insists that Snapwaddle has yet to have a relapse into his ferocious rabid state since taking advantage of the unique restorative properties of GoYin™.

“I’m so happy,” relates a tearful John, “Snapwaddle and I just want to express our appreciation to Leroy for his borderline fanaticism in sharing the miracle of GoYin™ with us.”

Goyin: It’s GO Time!

October 13th, 2007

Goyin is launching this week, and they are having a launch party on Thursday. I believe admission is around $100 and includes seminars and even a dance/social. Check out the launch agenda here.

Goyin is going to have a huge impact on the TAM world, that’s for sure. When people discover the health benefits, including helping with sleep patterns, allergy relief, clensing and detox properties, general mood and energy enhancement, I’m sure many products with similar TAM recipes will come out and flood the market.

Why You Gotta Hate on Goyin?

October 3rd, 2007

So recently I found this blog that is anti goyin, and claims to care about Eastern medicines, and is trashing on Goyin for ‘exploiting’ it. Well, let me just say that although we are reaping the rewards from Eastern thinking that is centuries old, we are distributing it the Western way: capitalism.

So, although folkloric medicine people might not like how the formula is patented, its just the way we get things done here in America.

Anyway, this new anti-goyin blog obviously got the makers of the goyin forum to start a board about any goyin negative side effects. Of course, there aren’t any posts under that board yet!

Amusing Blog Post about TAM and Goyin

September 26th, 2007

I’ve really been only focusing on one product that is distributed in the US: GoYin. But this TAM blog had a really funny post about Xango’s recent billboard unleashing on I-15 in Utah. This blog is saying that goyin hasn’t even launched yet and xango is getting scared, spending a chunk of change on a bunch of ads on I-15.

I’m not sure if I’m right but I seem to remember all of the goyin billboards being visible to the northbound travelers and all the xango billboards are visible to the southbound travelers. Is this metaphoric that goyin is on the up and up and xango is going south?

Goyin Ingredients: Ginger

September 3rd, 2007

gingerGoyin contains ginger, which has also been historically known as ‘jamaica ginger,’ it has also been used a lot in Traditional Asian Medicine. It has been used to treat spasmodic cases and dyspepsia because of its carminative properties. It is also useful for disguising the taste of other medicines, interestingly enough.

Ginger has been found to generally help in digestion, and goyin has a healthy dose of it.

Goyin Ingredients: Mangosteen

August 30th, 2007

mangosteenOne of goyin’s main ingredients is Mangosteen, which is one of TAM’s superfruits. A lot of people looking for antioxidants to prevent disease such as cancer and heart disease have to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables to get their daily dose of the stuff. Fortunately, Goyin’s supply of Mangosteen takes care of your daily requirement… or even more.

Goyin: Full of Durian Goodness

August 28th, 2007

durianAs many in the pre-launch phase know, goyin contains an ingredient that is derived from the fruit called “Durian.” I haven’t seen this fruit sold in the states but did see it sold by people out of the backs of their vans in Brazil. These salesmen often come from the northeastern region of the country originally, and tell stories of people getting seriously hurt from these fruits falling from trees.

They averaged the size of a medium sized bag of oranges and weigh probably around 8-10 pounds when fully ripe. They are known for their distinctive smell that is repugnant to the untrained nose, but distinctive and flavorful to one who has grown up around them. To me, they smelled kind of like a dumpster full of rotting fruit. Many Brazilians keep them in their ovens for storage to avoid the smell and to keep them in a somewhat dry environment.

The funny thing is that 80% or more of the fruit is actually not very edible. When you split it open, it seriously looks like a pod from the old movie adaptation of “Invasion of the Body Snatchers.” There is a remake coming out soon of that by the way, I think its called “Invasion.” Classic story.

Anyhow, once you’ve opened it up, you kind of pluck out the seeds and this pulp that surounds it, which is the only edible part of it. The rest of it is just this alien pod that came from outer space and hatches when it lands near someone who is asleep so that it can come and reposess its body. Oh sorry, I digress again.

The edible part actually tastes like bubble gum to me. But what are the health benefits?…

In Malaysia, it is actually used to reduce fever by the indigenous people. Many also say it is a good source of carbohydrates (the good kind I guess), trytophan, and proteins. Pretty rare to find all of those qualities in a fruit.

Hello World (of traditional asian medicine)

August 28th, 2007

I suppose the best place to start talking about TAM, or traditional asian medicine, is to start talking about goyin, which is soon to be one of your all time favorite TAM power combos.
